Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer registration or willingness to pursue.
• Proficiency in design of electrical utility generation and distribution systems.
• Experience with Process, Instrumentation, and Controls is a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, NESC, ANSI/IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and supports power distribution systems and medium‑voltage power systems.
• Reviews contractor and vendor submittals and coordinates with teams.
• Prepares project plans, labor and cost estimates, and manages scope/budget.
• Provides construction observation, field support, and startup/commissioning assistance.
• Supports business development through proposals, meetings, and interviews.
