Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of power systems engineering experience.
• Experience with SKM and ETAP modeling software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the development of electrical designs, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Perform, oversee, and review electrical calculations, studies, and reports for low and medium voltage projects.
• Collaborate with CAD technicians and design engineers to produce construction documents.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, automation, and process teams for integrated delivery.
• Lead the delivery of electrical engineering and design projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, addressing risks and changes.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of billable work aligned to team capacity.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff, ensuring QA/QC on deliverables.
• Support workload planning and knowledge sharing within the team.
