Job summary

Williams is seeking an Electrical Engineer III/Sr/Staff to lead large-scale projects powering critical infrastructure. You will design and optimize electrical solutions, integrating automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to boost efficiency and reliability.

You will guide teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers while advancing innovative power systems for long-term growth in Tulsa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE licensure is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks for critical infrastructure.
• Champions integration of automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage.
• Implements safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection.
• Mentors and serves as SME in power distribution, equipment layouts, and schematics.
