Job summary

Tetra Tech seeks a Mid to Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Englewood, CO, Casper, WY, or Billings, MT offices. You will provide electrical and power design support for pipeline, compressor stations, and terminal projects nationwide.

A successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary project team, mentor junior staff, and apply expertise in electrical equipment sizing, ETAP, NFPA 70, and substation design. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

Position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Minimum of 5–10 years in Electrical or Power Engineering; Oil & Gas experience preferred.
P.E. preferred.
Proficient with cable and conduit schedules, ETAP, power equipment sizing; NFPA 70 oriented.
Must have construction support, site commissioning, start-up experience.
Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is desired.

Responsibilities

Lead role in a multi-disciplinary project team.
Provide electrical and power design support for pipeline, compressor station, and terminal projects nationwide.
Train junior staff and communicate with peers, contractors, and clients clearly.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle solo and group projects.
