Job summary

Gemma Power Systems seeks an Electrical Engineer to support multi-million-dollar power generation facilities and industrial projects. You will assist in electrical and control engineering for procurement, development, construction, and commissioning teams, ensuring designs are safe, reliable, and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PE license preferred.
• Experience with solar or renewable projects is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, IEEE, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support in development of preliminary designs and technical proposals.
• Evaluate base designs and specs, provide technical support across project phases.
• Coordinate project schedules and engineering teams to execute work at site.
• Drive technical due diligence from development through commissioning.
• Review engineered specs and drawings.
• Ensure installation and operations meet Gemma standards and customer requirements.
