J-U-B ENGINEERS in Spokane, WA is seeking a collaborative Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager to lead municipal, industrial and commercial electrical design and project delivery, including SCADA, lighting, and power systems.

You will scope, schedule, estimate costs, mentor junior staff, read drawings, coordinate with contractors and clients, and help develop proposals while ensuring accurate, high‑quality work that supports community infrastructure and firm growth.

Formación

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering; master’s a plus.
• Professional Engineer license with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in design, construction management, startup and commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Perform project scoping, scheduling, and cost estimating.
• Lead short circuit, load flow, and relay coordination studies.
• Develop one-lines, plan drawings, cable schedules and schematics.
• Interact with contractors, clients, and facility operators.
• Read/interprete control system, construction, and installation drawings.
• Develop equipment and construction specifications.
• Provide field evaluation and on-site construction support.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
• Lead business development and develop proposals for professional services.
