J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Project Manager Electrical Engineer to lead municipal, industrial, and commercial projects in Spokane, WA.

You will guide design, commissioning, startup, and field support while coordinating with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality solutions. The role emphasizes project management, technical leadership, and cross-discipline collaboration within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer with 8+ years of experience post‑licensure.
• Experience in design, construction management, startup and commissioning.
• Knowledge of power systems; ETAP/SKM/EasyPower a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project scoping, scheduling, and cost estimating for electrical projects.
• Conduct short circuit, load flow, and relay coordination studies.
• Create one-lines, plan drawings, cable schedules, and interconnection drawings.
• Interact with contractors, clients, and facility operators on projects.
• Read/interpret control system, construction, and installation drawings.
• Develop equipment and construction specifications; provide field support.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
• Lead business development and develop proposals for professional services.
