Job summary

gpac is partnering with a reputable multi-disciplinary engineering firm to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager. You will lead electrical design for buildings, including lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm systems.

Qualified candidates hold a P.E. license, a BS in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and AutoCAD + Revit proficiency. The role involves client coordination, budgeting, and mentoring staff on urban projects.

Qualifications

P.E. licensure is required.
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
AutoCAD & Revit experience required.
8+ years of experience in electrical design for buildings.

Responsibilities

Function as lead electrical engineer on multi-discipline projects through all phases.
Perform electrical design calculations for building electrical systems.
Coordinate project electrical requirements with clients and consultants (in-house and external).
Perform code reviews.
Oversee projects and technicians.
Establish and maintain electrical fees and provide budgeting for assigned projects.
Work independently and in a team to develop concepts, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
