Job summary

PAE Consulting Engineers Inc. in Boston seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide high-level project leadership across complex building projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle, serve as technical resource, mentor junior staff, and may act as Engineer of Record (EOR) with approval.

Proficiency in power distribution, lighting design, and system analysis is essential. The role requires PE and a Bachelor's in engineering, with 1–3 years E-4 or 6–10 years related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) credential is preferred or required as applicable.
• Minimum 1–3 years of Electrical E-4 or 6–10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership from concept through construction.
• Lead electrical distribution, lighting design, and power system analyses.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Prepare deliverables including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure code compliance and uphold quality management plans.
