Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment (internships and co-ops count).
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas or work authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Work with electrical, electro‑mechanical, PLC and solid‑state controls in motor control applications.
• Maintain familiarity with protocols, variable speed drives, and solid‑state starters to meet design standards.
• Manage large projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Interpret customer one-line diagrams and specifications to determine order requirements and apply Eaton designs.
• Coordinate with other Eaton product lines to ensure quality end products for the end customer.
• Set up and program PLC, HMI/MMI applications and electronic relays.
• Generate electrical schematics and mechanical layouts from Sales/Marketing information.
