Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
• Experience designing mixed signal control electronics for hardware.
• Background in mixed signal, embedded systems, firmware, and microcontrollers.
• Experience designing capital equipment, preferably in the scientific, semiconductor, or medical industry.
• Ability and willingness to work in a player-coach capacity.
• Willingness to travel, including some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 6-7 within the R&D and design group.
• Stay directly involved in engineering work with hands-on design and prototyping.
• Support product development and help move complex designs forward.
