Qualifications

• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Strong NEC knowledge and compliance experience
• Power distribution design for complex facilities
• Load flow analysis and energy optimization
• Industrial lighting design experience
• Cross-discipline design experience in facilities
• Excellent communication with clients and team members
• Willingness to travel for installations and meetings
• ABET-accredited engineering degree in EE

Responsibilities

• Lead large electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Drive technical innovation and solve complex engineering challenges.
• Represent electrical engineering in cross‑functional initiatives and external forums.
• Lead electrical design projects including power, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Apply NEC mastery to ensure safety and quality.
• Design robust low/medium voltage distribution systems.
• Perform load flow analysis to optimize energy use.
• Develop advanced lighting solutions for safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with clients to meet objectives and timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
