ST+B Engineering in Genesee, CO (near Denver) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take primary design responsibility on electrical systems from early design through construction administration. You will lead projects, manage schedules, coordinate with clients and design teams, and provide technical direction, with real project ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in building design/consulting.
• Colorado Electrical PE license required or actively preparing to sit for the exam soon.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to lead a project team, manage schedules, and communicate directly with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgment.
• Great attitude and strong people skills; non-negotiable.

Responsabilités

• Design leadership: take primary design responsibility and responsible charge for electrical systems across a variety of building types.
• Production oversight: lead production of project designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, and equipment selection.
• Quality: provide peer review and QA/QC of staff engineer work; mentor and develop junior team members.
• Perform 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD work as needed.
• Conduct onsite observations and contract administration for active projects.
• Attend design meetings and OAC meetings as project lead.
