You will oversee multiple large-scale projects, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes field surveys, pre-design, and construction administration while ensuring adherence to National Electrical Code and local regulations. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience focused on federal, port, or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and manage engineering teams.
• Experience with QA/QC on complex projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, SKM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering activities for federal, port, and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as a project manager overseeing multiple large-scale projects and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor and support design engineers throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, telecom, civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Oversee construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
