Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required/preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' electrical engineering experience in healthcare/hospital settings.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM and Revit expected.
• Strong leadership, project management and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of electrical systems for healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Oversee pre-design to construction administration phases and reviews.
• Perform electrical calculations and ensure codes compliance (IFC, NFPA 72, CEC).
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development with clients.
