Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) License – Required
- 10+ years of electrical design experience
- Experience in power distribution, substations, facility power, grounding, lighting and LV systems
- Expert knowledge of NEC, NESC, NFPA, IEEE & UL codes
- Software experience with AutoCAD, Revit, OpenBuildingDesigner and OpenRoadDesigner
Responsibilities
- Perform facility power, lighting, and electrical system design
- Prepare electrical scopes of work and cost proposals
- Develop drawings, schematics, layouts and specifications
- Perform system calculations, modeling and analysis
- Select electrical equipment and coordinate with manufacturers
- Support construction including review of submittals and RFIs
- Coordinate with utility companies and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior engineers and present technical solutions to clients and leadership
