Qualifications
- Active P.E. licensure required.
- 10–15 years of design and project management experience in MEP and fire prevention for commercial buildings.
- Proven ability to lead large or complex engineering projects.
- ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, technical development, detailed drawings, calculations and specifications for complex commercial projects.
- Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural and environmental disciplines.
- Perform quality control reviews at milestones and provide engineering oversight during construction, including site visits and submittal reviews.
- Mentor junior staff, partner with multidisciplinary teams and clients, and manage project schedules, resources and budgets.
