Job summary

Elkay, part of Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Drinking Water NPD team. You will design and validate electrical systems for new drinking water products, collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and software engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include creating architectures, schematics, PCB layouts, validating products against safety and regulatory standards, and guiding prototypes through testing while partnering with suppliers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in product development or consumer/commercial products.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, power electronics, sensors, and connectivity.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and IoT technologies preferred.
• Hands-on experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.).
• Working knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance for electrical products.
