Job Summary
We’re looking for an expert ERS (Energy Recovery System) Electronics Lead to guide our ERS team in Concord, NC . In this vital leadership position , you’ll direct the architecture, integration, and refinement of all electronic systems, emphasizing high‑reliability power electronics, CU‑K (inverter/DC‑DC), power distribution, hardware engineering, cabling/harnesses, contactors, fuses, sensors, and seamless controls interfacing under the harshest race demands.
Direct a team of electrical engineers and work alongside multidisciplinary groups in controls software, mechanical integration, thermal design, and production to refine ERS electronics layout and output in the hybrid power unit in line with FIA standards. Guide validation testing, hardware prototyping, and ongoing enhancements to produce championship‑caliber electronic systems that power victory.
