Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or reliability engineering is preferred.
• Experience in mission-critical environments such as semiconductor, data center, or utility sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and technical owner for electrical infrastructure including high/medium-voltage systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, UPS and emergency power systems.
• Analyze system performance and reliability risks to guide maintenance strategies and improvements.
• Provide field technical support during commissioning, maintenance, and system restoration.
• Coordinate troubleshooting between facility infrastructure and customer-owned equipment and coordinate with OEMs for specialized support.
• Lead RC M and RCA investigations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
