Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
• Ten years of related work experience.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Compile and evaluate design and test data.
• Prepare technical specifications and analyze data for specs.
• Study electrical drawings and maps to ensure compliance.
• Operate CAD/engineering software to perform tasks.
• Discuss projects with engineers, customers and others.
• Oversee design, construction and testing activities to meet specs.
• Develop and improve electrical instruments and systems.
• Prepare material specifications and cost estimates.
• Perform calculations to establish standards and specs.
• Ensure compliance with NERC and coordinate with stakeholders.
