Job summary

Clark Dietz, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical system design for architectural and civil projects within our Central Indiana MEP Team.

You will design power distribution, lighting, and low‑voltage systems for offices, public facilities, and utilities. This full-time role requires collaboration with architects, structural, mechanical, and civil teams; delivering drawings, calculations, RFIs, and project submittals with QA/QC.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (E.E. emphasis) or Architectural Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with Indiana PE license required.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for electrical design; SKM/ETAP/AGI-32 preferred.
• Strong organization and communication, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to local sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design for projects including power distribution and lighting.
• Prepare drawings and calculations for electrical design phase of MEP projects.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, structural, and civil teams.
• Respond to RFIs and coordinate with contractors and owners.
• Perform QA/QC and support staff development.
