Job summary

Advanced Sterilization Products is seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer to plan and execute electrical design for medical device systems and components. You will lead design activities, generate requirements, and ensure manufacturability and testability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of embedded design experience, and strong circuit design skills (analog/digital). You will mentor juniors, review designs, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with Master’s).
• Embedded design experience.
• Experience with sensors (electronic, optical, etc.).
• Familiarity with optical design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct design and development of electrical systems, schematics, and PCB layouts, and cable/harness designs.
• Generate requirements and ensure design for manufacturability and testability.
• Conduct technical design reviews and resolve engineering issues.
• Execute and document verification and validation testing.
• Prepare documentation, test protocols, and reports for project planning.
