NeuroStar seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead embedded control systems, power electronics, and pulsed-power technologies for its TMS platform. You will drive design from concept to production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

This hands-on role blends design, testing, and documentation in a fast-paced medical device setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of product development experience
Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, simulation and design tools, microcontroller-based systems, embedded development, and power electronics (MOSFETs, IGBTs)
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and solve challenging engineering problems
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of embedded control systems and power delivery architectures for next-generation NeuroStar products.
Drive electrical design activities from concept through production, including circuit design, simulation, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
Partner with cross-functional teams, EMC labs, and manufacturing partners to ensure product performance, reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Support product enhancements, sustaining engineering efforts, and root cause investigations for existing products.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while promoting engineering best practices and design standards.
