Job summary

Neuronetics, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced medical device systems for the NeuroStar® TMS platform, spanning embedded controls, power electronics, and pulsed-power technologies.

You will drive product development from concept through commercialization, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, simulation tools, MCU-based systems, and power electronics (MOSFETs, IGBTs).
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of embedded control systems and power delivery architectures.
• Drive electrical design activities from concept through production, including prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, EMC labs, and manufacturing partners for performance, reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Support sustaining engineering and root cause investigations for existing products.
• Provide mentorship and promote engineering best practices and design standards.
