Job summary

You will prototype, troubleshoot, and document hardware, collaborate across engineering and production teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to long-term technology strategies while working with partial specifications and demanding environments.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of professional Electrical Engineering experience.
• Experience with PCB design and schematic capture.
• Experience developing wiring schematics, harness designs, and electrical documentation.
• Familiarity with electrical system integration and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including prototyping & testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for maritime and subsea systems.
• Design and integrate sensors, controllers, communications, and power systems.
• Create and maintain schematics, PCB layouts, wiring and harness designs, and support technical documentation.
• Review technical documentation, build guides, and wiring schematics.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
