Haskell is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters to contribute across markets including Healthcare, Federal, Municipal, Education, Water, Aviation, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities include design of lighting, power, grounding and protection; document calculations; review drawings; supervise staff; manage budgets and schedules, while maintaining client communications. PE and ABET EE degree are required; Revit experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• 8+ years of electrical design experience.
• Revit experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Design interior lighting, exterior lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security
• Document calculations reflecting design compliance with code and client-specific design requirements
• Perform quality control reviews of documents including plans, specifications, and design calculations
• Work with Project Managers to ensure that the project schedule is met and that complete documents are provided for each submission
• Review contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittals
• Provide coaching/mentoring of assigned staff
