West Coast Solutions, LLC in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and qualify advanced aerospace electronic systems. You will own hardware from concept to production, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on demanding programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on circuit design across analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics, plus schematic capture, PCB layout support, and rigorous validation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or power electronics design.
• Experience from concept through testing and validation.
• Experience with circuit analysis, simulation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB development, and hardware integration.
• Familiarity with laboratory test equipment and hardware validation activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to independently execute technical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic hardware.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation, component selection, and trade studies.
• Develop schematics and support PCB layout activities.
• Design, integrate, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems.
• Support hardware through prototype, qualification, and production phases.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Participate in design reviews, root-cause investigations, and technical decisions.
• Generate engineering documentation, test procedures, and technical reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
