Job summary

CTS-Complete Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Houston to deliver electrical engineering across feasibility studies, process design packages, and detailed engineering activities.

You may act as a technical or project lead for electrical scope execution within a task force team. Responsibilities include developing robust power system designs, conducting load flow and short-circuit studies, and coordinating equipment specifications with vendors.

Qualifications

• BSEE is required with 10+ years in electrical engineering.
• Experience in refining or renewables projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead electrical scope across full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical discipline or project tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop power system designs, perform load flows, short-circuit analyses, and relay coordination.
• Prepare equipment specifications, datasheets, and work packages.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers.
