Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead building systems design for projects across New England. This licensed PE role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration, and delivering electrical systems for commercial, municipal, healthcare, industrial, and institutional facilities.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with architects and other disciplines, perform load calculations, and support QA/QC and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of electrical building systems design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of codes and energy efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage design.
• Perform load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Create one-line diagrams and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams.
• Conduct construction administration including site visits and reviews.
• Support QA/QC to maintain technical excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.
• Interact with clients and present solutions.
