Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive AEC industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).
• Licensure preferred (PE/CPD/FPE/RCDD) or 15+ years experience in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and guide team members on complex projects.
• Lead design for medium to large projects with limited Revit use.
• Review complex designs, calculations, and simulations.
• Review submittals and shop drawings.
• Respond to RFIs and conduct site visits to resolve issues.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Participate in meetings with high-level technical input.
• Ensure delivery meets schedule and budget targets.
• Mentor junior engineers and CO-ops; support workplan changes.
