Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Salt Lake City to lead a team of electrical engineers and designers. You will develop execution plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across large, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, reviewing deliverables, and mentoring staff while upholding Hatch systems and workflows. Candidates should have a PE license and 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering and PE registration are required.
• Ten+ years of project engineering experience in multidisciplinary settings.
• Ability to lead a team and manage scope, cost and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop project electrical work plans and manage EWPs.
• Review and approve electrical design criteria, specs, and drawings.
• Coordinate between electrical and other disciplines as design evolves.
• Mentor professionals and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Represent electrical practice in project coordination meetings.
