Job summary

Beavercreek to Columbus, Ohio-based Senior Electrical Engineer position is available through Bryant Staffing Solutions. The candidate will lead electrical design for large commercial and industrial facilities, mentoring a team of engineers and coordinating across design, construction, and project management groups.

Seeking a strong background in high/medium voltage, power distribution, lighting, transformers, PLCs, and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with High Voltage systems; Medium Voltage systems; Telecom infrastructure; Data systems; Lighting systems; Power distribution; Transformers; PLCs.
• Strong background in electrical system integration across complex facilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and execution for commercial and industrial facilities
• Supervise and mentor a team of approximately 12 direct reports
• Oversee high-voltage and medium-voltage systems design and integration
• Manage power distribution, lighting systems, transformers, PLCs, telecom, and data infrastructure
• Coordinate across design, construction, and project management teams
• Utilize industry-standard platforms for modeling, collaboration, and project tracking
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
