Job summary

NV5, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to assume full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating engineering assignments with a focus on high-impact projects.

The role requires planning and developing engineering programs of major scope, with independence in technical decision-making. The position involves leading proposals and presentations, directing client management plans, and driving business development to attract future projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Professional registration is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to travel to work-sites as needed or required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the preparation of proposals in a timely manner and submits to the client.
• Directs presentations.
• Responsible for client management plans to develop and retain clients.
• Assists in the development of and supports business development initiatives to attract future projects from new clients.
• Maintain familiarity with current industry standards, trends, and technologies.
