Job summary

Addium, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Pullman, WA to design, develop, and validate complex electrical systems from concept to production, ensuring products meet technical, quality, and market requirements.

Independent project leadership across EVT/DVT/PVT and collaboration with firmware, embedded, mechanical, and systems teams will be essential. The role requires 8–10+ years of experience in electronics, strong PCB and EMC focus, and proficiency with Altium tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8–10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong PCB design including analog/mixed-signal and power electronics.
• Experience designing for CE/FCC EMC compliance.
• Proficient with test equipment for debugging and pre-compliance verification.
• Familiar with wireless sensor networking concepts (mesh or LPWAN).
• Engineering documentation and records in Confluence/Jira/PLM.

Responsibilities

• Own EVT/DVT/PVT development and collaboration with contract manufacturers.
• Lead analog/mixed-signal and power electronics system design.
• Drive EMC design-for-compliance and coordinate with test labs.
• Collaborate with firmware/embedded and mechanical engineers on interfaces.
• Support wireless subsystem design and integration (Wirepas/LoRa).
• Partner with CM on DFM/DFT reviews and gate processes.
• Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Lead design and development of new products leveraging electrical expertise.
