Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead hardware design across Lab and Field Instrumentation projects. You will translate customer needs into robust, manufacturable electronics while coordinating across disciplines and mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes end-to-end development, from architecture and schematic capture to validation, verification, and production handoff, with opportunities to influence both technical direction and team growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 8 years of directly related experience.
• Strong background in mixed-signal design, PCB layout, and signal integrity considerations.
• Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and electrical CAD tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop electronic hardware systems and subsystems, including architecture definition, analysis, and component selection.
• Deliver hardware designs from concept through prototype, validation, and production release per processes.
• Prepare schematics, drawings, specs to ensure alignment with standards and customer needs.
• Develop and execute validation plans, including functional, stress, environmental, and regulatory testing.
• Interface with suppliers and contract manufacturers to support qualification and production readiness.
• Lead project SOWs, schedules, cost estimates, and risk mitigation for new product introductions.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate status to cross-functional stakeholders.
