Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license is required.
• Experience leading projects and managing teams.
• Direct client interaction experience.
• Proficiency with standard engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver electrical engineering projects.
• Perform site visits to verify existing electrical systems.
• Collaborate with owners and design partners to develop coordinated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight of designs.
• Mentor engineers and designers and support business development.
