Sierra Peaks Corporation seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems for mission critical projects. You will oversee concept through completion, ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with project managers, mechanical, and software teams.

Responsibilities include planning, analysis, testing, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in PCB design and layout.
• Knowledge of NEC/IEEE electrical codes for US.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components per specs and safety standards.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct detailed analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics and compliance reports.
• Mentor and provide technical support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
