Job summary

Glassboard, a hardware product development firm in Indianapolis, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, review, and testing of custom electronics solutions. You will lead programs directly with clients, including weekly presentations, managing timelines and outcomes, and mentoring other electrical engineers on your programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in an engineering or product development focused field.
• Bachelor's Degree in EE/CE/EET/CET preferred, or equivalent experience
• Consumer, automotive, industrial, or medical product development experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Analog and digital circuit design
• Create and review component libraries, schematic capture, and PCB layout
• Assist in creation of technical specifications from high-level customer requirements
• Participate in prototype bring-up and debugging, as well as functional verification
• Lead client communications and program management
