Job summary

Atlantic Design Group, Inc. in Columbia, MD is seeking a senior electrical engineer. The ideal candidate is a registered Professional Engineer with 10+ years in the consulting engineering field, with strong technical, verbal and written communication skills, and leadership abilities.

Prior experience managing a team is a plus. The senior engineer will provide technical and project management leadership to the electrical engineering group on a wide variety of design and design-build projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities; prior team management considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project management leadership to the electrical group on design and design-build projects.
• Oversee design development, site surveys, construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects.
• Contribute to LEED and energy-efficient design considerations where relevant.
