Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of focused electrical building systems design experience (power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and life safety).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for electrical design and documentation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and documentation for multi-family, commercial, and civic/government projects.
• Coordinate electrical design with architecture, structural, mechanical/plumbing, interior design, and project management teams.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and field conditions during construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide standards and QA/QC.
• Communicate design concepts and options clearly to clients and stakeholders.
