Job summary

BSA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our St. Louis team. This role leads project design and client coordination, guiding cross-disciplinary teams through design and construction phases.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years of experience, a PE license, and a degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering. Proficiency with CAD tools and collaboration platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Professional degree required in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ years of applicable experience; healing/learning/discovery sectors preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• Strong design coordination and CAD tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish project design approach at project start up.
• Lead client management; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
• Present design to client and coordinate with other disciplines and consultants.
• May be involved in project/client pursuits.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule; participate in design and construction phases.
• Mentor and lead project teams; develop and maintain workplans.
• Oversee development of coordinated quality design documents.
