Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of electrical engineering experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience designing commercial building electrical systems.
• Proficiency with CAD and BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and production of electrical deliverables across all phases.
• Develop electrical system designs for power distribution, lighting, grounding.
• Prepare and review construction documents and diagrams.
• Utilize CAD and BIM to create 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Lead construction administration activities: RFIs, site visits, shop drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate designs.
• Assist project managers with scope, cost tracking, and scheduling.
• Apply engineering judgment to resolve complex technical challenges.
