Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Expert Electrical Engineer to lead large-scale clean energy projects from design through commissioning. You will provide technical leadership across solar and power initiatives, manage 2 MW to 150 MW projects with budgets up to $150M, and mentor a team of engineers and project managers.

The role requires coordinating with EPC contractors, landowners, and utilities while delivering on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities with EPC contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage large-scale projects ranging from approximately 2 MW to 150 MW, with capital values up to $150M.
• Lead a team of technical and project management professionals in the construction of clean energy projects.
• Coordinate EPC agreements and oversee procurement to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Review electrical and construction engineering plans for quality and compliance; develop commissioning plans and test procedures.
