You will manage projects from concept through construction, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while delivering innovative building and infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes technical leadership and coordinating across disciplines to develop design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of MEP consulting experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Design building power distribution, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Prepare specifications, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Develop electrical design standards and provide technical leadership.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff while serving as the primary client contact.
