Senior Electrical Engineer

ETAP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Interconnection Studies within the power grid. The successful candidate will lead modeling, simulation, and technical analyses for interconnections involving utility-scale renewable generation, battery energy storage, and conventional generation across both transmission and distribution networks. This role also contributes to the development of next-generation tools that address the growing challenges of renewable integration and grid reliability.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands‑on experience leading utility-scale interconnection projects across the U.S., with strong technical judgment, in‑depth understanding of ISO/RTO procedures, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality studies and obtaining regulatory approvals.
