Job summary

Dover Corporation seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Wisconsin to design low-voltage electrical systems up to 600VAC, lead design reviews, and drive compliance with NEC, UL, and CE standards. You will collaborate across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing and Sales, and support certification processes.

Responsibilities include creating schematics, BOMs, and drawings, developing test plans, and occasionally traveling to customer sites for on-site testing and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing electrically operated machinery or industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with NEC/IEC/UL standards and safety compliance.
• Ability to develop test plans and verify designs.

Responsibilities

• Design low-voltage electrical systems up to 600VAC for power distribution and control.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
• Develop and document design outputs: schematics, BOMs, drawings.
• Support UL/ETL certification processes and customer requirements.
• Travel to customer sites for testing and technical support.
