Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking a Professional Licensed Electrical Engineer. The role requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of seven years of experience in industrial, interior facilities, and MEP projects. Responsibilities include system design, calculations for power flow, and coordination with teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience after graduation in MEP and industrial projects.
• Active PE license required; ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
• Experience with electrical load studies, fault study calculations, and panel schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects and engineers on electrical engineering projects.
• Perform calculations for voltage drop and system power flow.
• Contribute to report writing and preparation of construction plans.
