Genesis AEC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead facility-level electrical design for medium- and low-voltage systems in Blue Bell, PA.

The role includes managing a team of engineers and coordinating with architects, clients, and contractors to deliver projects from conception through operation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, a PE license (preferred), and strong skills in SKM Power*Tools, MS Office, and Adobe Professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of electrical design and engineering experience.
• Proficiency with SKM Power*Tools, MS Office, and Adobe Professional.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility-level electrical design and engineering for 35kV and below.
• Manage a team of electrical engineers and designers.
• Oversee project scope and budgets from conception to operation.
• Conduct infrastructure assessments and energy evaluations.
• Coordinate with disciplines, client reps, and contractors.
• Perform load, short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Write equipment specifications and review submittals.
