The Electrical Engineer will lead the end‑to‑end technical execution of high‑voltage (HV) switchyards, substations, and medium‑voltage (MV) systems across utility‑scale solar and battery energy storage projects. This role serves as the central hub for critical engineering decisions, ensuring that switchyards are engineered, designed, and constructed strictly up to utility standards for seamless interconnection and handover. Additionally, you will own critical technical engineering decisions spanning utility interconnection of generation facilities, transmission design optimization, and MV collection system performance—from early‑stage development through financing, construction, commissioning, and into operations. The role requires a strong balance of technical depth in HV switchyard/substation design and power system studies, combined with elite technical workstream management skills. You will direct EPCs, coordinate with utilities and equipment vendors, and align internal cross‑functional teams to drive projects across the finish line on schedule and within budget.
We care about your well‑being, growth, and balance. Here’s how we support you:
Compensation: USD $190,000 – $200,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus)
